Returns Policy

Here at Moshpit Merch we want everyone to be thrilled with their purchase. If for any reason our gear doesn't live up to your expectations, we're not stoked either! You may be eligible for a refund if items are returned to us within 15 days from the date you received it. 

Please contact us at support@moshpitmerch.co.nz along with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

As much as we may appreciate aggressive music, we do not tolerate any aggression or hostility when you communicate with us. We reserve the right to deny anyone a refund at our discretion. 

All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition. Any defects, odors, signs of wear, lint/hair, stains or markings will forfeit your eligibility for a refund. 

You are solely responsible for any shipping costs when returning items to us.

We accept no responsibility for returned purchases that get lost in transit. Please consider using a tracking service.

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. You will be notified when we have processed your transaction.

Clearance purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refund.
